The Center for Mediterranean Studies is a multidisciplinary research center working on political, social, economic, and environmental issues in the Mediterranean Basin. The Center supports academic studies, projects, and various activities related to the region and Organizes events to increase interaction/communication with national/international stakeholders working in the region. In this wise, it develops collaborations and produces academic outputs and projects. It supports the career development of its employees. The Center focuses its activities on sustainable development in general, energy (SDG7), climate (SDG 13), agriculture (SDG1,2,8,12), and peace (SDG16) in particular.
